Practice Schedule
Pre-season practices (before 6/26) are 6:30pm-7:30pm weekdays and 8:00am-9:30am on weekends.
In-season practices (6/26 - 7/31) are 8:00am - 9:30am M-F and 6:30pm-7:30pm Tue, Thu.
Meets are Wed afternoons (warm-up @ 4pm, meet @ 5pm) and Sat mornings (warm-up @ 8am, meet @ 9am).
All practices and home meets are at the Rhinebeck Town Pool.
